YOU WILL KNOW:

ensure the maintenance of the residential facility and its structural elements in good condition, as well as uninterrupted and trouble-free operation of engineering systems;

to carry out maintenance and organize repair work of water supply, sanitation, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, gas and electricity;

organize work on maintenance and repair and preparation of houses for seasonal (spring-summer and autumn-winter) operation;

to inspect the building, engineering systems and structural elements, to assess their technical condition;

organize diagnostics of engineering equipment and structural elements of buildings and structures;

to carry out the account of the expense and to define modes of consumption of water, heat, the electric power;

to make acts on the hidden work done;

own modern technologies and organization of repair works of engineering systems and structural elements;

own the issues of labor protection, environment, resource and energy saving and much more.
